Nah, can't see it myself, particularly in the UK. If a Water Pressure washer at 90psi can't remove grime then I can't see this working. They might use a cleaner solution that is quite harsh, so paintwork would ultimately suffer. That is unless in 2020 paint isn't used and there is an alternative.

I believe the effectiveness of the dishwasher relies on very hot water, abrasive action of the detergent, and a relentless series of turbulent washing cycles.
The abrasiveness of the detergent won't hurt glass and ceramics. I wonder what it does to plastics like acrylics (basically our paint). Put a piece of plexiglass in your dishwasher to find out.
As for this product they probably don't tell you that you must use the pail of water with a brush at the end of a broom handle to scrub dirt off bottom half of car first.
Consider the filtration. Gotta be costly per use.
