    Somebody better explain it to Audi/Lamborgini. They built the car to improve upon the base Gallardo performance numbers. You, Crash and the German magazine are telling them they are full of Sh*t.

    Lambo IS regarded in Germany as a german car nowadays, since even schoolchildren know it's made by Audi. Your theory goes out the window faster than a lawyer who lost a claim against Porsche.

    Nick, Audi my have produce a "faster" Gallardo for the street because it is easier to get the performance out of it, but the same setup could be slower at the maximum limit. You should check 80-120km/h times and many other things. Still I think they fail misserably!!

    Audi/Lambo made the changes to the Gallardo's gearing not out of desires for increased performance, but for a more fun driving experience. 60mph in 1st gear is just not very fun for those who like to shift and happen to live in the US.
