    I am invited to DB9 launch in Houston in 2 weeks DB9 Coupe and Volante. Can't wait to see them in person and of course I'll have my camera handy .

    Last time I attended an Aston event like the one you are going to Ron, they also let me drive the DB7 GT, so hopefully we will both come back with driving reports. And if you crash both of them, then I'm out of luck, so be careful!

    That would be cool if they let us test drive them.

    Last AM event that I was invited to was for the Vanquish at a very exclusive club and with invitation only and you had to RSVP and so forth.

    The funny thing was that they didn't have the car. Somebody offered a good amount of money the previous weekend and bought the car. He told them that didn't want his car to be displayed at that event . I wonder if AM Company was aware of that since they probably made so much money over the MSRP on that specific Vanquish for the event.

    So they had whole bunch of DB7 cars and no Vanquish, I hope this one doesn't end up the same.

    I don't think so, because as with their event last year, they are trucking the same set of cars (to the best of my knowledge) from city to city. I suppose they might be for sale, but I suspect that most prospective buyers would prefer to order their own car.
