I can't believe they are going for a V10???
I thought It would bother me more than it actually does, if the Lambo V12 was something epic or game changing, like the Zondas 7.3 or the Bugatti W16 then it'd be different. But I don't mind them dropping 2 cylinders as long as they can get equal or better performance from a lighter more practical engine.

Looks like they're going for the "skeletal" look inside to save weight. Think like driving inside of a skeleton watch. Some people like it - some don't.
What I don't like is the strakes along the side of the door (a la 512TR). I now these are going to be a design element, but I still haven't warmed up to the idea of them being on a Lambo yet.
I hope Audi knows what they're doing on this one.

First up, the firm will unleash a concept car at the Paris Motor Show which acts as a manifesto, setting out the styling and technical direction that both the successor to the Gallardo and Murcielago will feature.
And first to arrive on the road will be this, Lamborghini’s new flagship supercar successor to the Murcielago spied benchmark testing with a Gallardo Superleggera at the Nurburgring. Due to debut next year, the new V12-powered beast will feature a new 700bhp engine, four-wheel drive and wild styling inspired by the Reventon.
But more significantly, the newcomer will adhere to Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann’s new mantra for the firm, which focuses less on out and out top speed, and more on design, handling and acceleration.
To do this, the car will feature lots of carbon fibre in the chassis and body. The firm has been researching the material intensively, and now claims to have mastered producing it within viable time and cost scales.
Lamborghini is also expected to lean on Audi’s knowledge of aluminium for part of the chassis and for the suspension components, although the firm is expected to offer wheels made from carbon fibre, just like Koenigsegg does with its Aptera and CCX models

14,000 Nm doesn't sound that good when a Lotus Evora is 27,000 Nm?
As of now there are already 40 cars completed and still no official name for the next Lamborghini which is currently being referred to as LP83X. The car will debut at the next Geneva Auto Show and will blow away everyone's expectations! Here is what we know for now:
* All new Digital Dash Instrumentation
* Push Rod Suspension
* New 7-Speed transmission with 6 settings
* LED Headlights
* 20" Wheels
* As much headroom as the R8
* 5 new colors
* No 6 speed 3 pedal manual available
* New 23 Million Dollar facility created for this car
From what I have been told the spy cars we have seen look nothing like the production vehicle. Everything is covered up in the camo. This will most likely be on showroom floors spring/summer 2011.

Thats an impressive list of features. i hope it looks the part too. I know Kreso said the car was going to be controversial but I can't help wanting it to be good looking.
