What the heck do you do with stolen Cayennes? For the crime to exist, there must be a demand. Where do these cars go? Sad to hear this happen.
I was just thinking, if one were to be a bodyguard. You need to be discreet, being famous etc. can't help much with your job description.

Believe it or not Mike, Russia is the number ONE market for hot cars.. specially Porsches, Mercs and BMWs. If a car disappears from anywhere in the world there is a good chance it will end up somewhere in Moscow!

The Cayenne is one of the most popular targets of the car mafia here in Germany (explains why the insurance - especially of the CTT - is quite expensive). Most of them disappear in easterly direction 
During some recent trips to Moscow I spotted quite some Cayennes, but only one 911 (makes some sense given the road/wheather conditions)

Totally agree....what a shame she did what she thought people would expect her to do. Complete waste of a worthwhile life.

Sad story that reflects how the rise in importance of materialism in countries like Russia (where people have rapidly been becoming rich) severely distorts people's way of thinking to the point where they do things that we might think are crazy. After all, we wouldn't sacrifice our lives just for a car.
I suspect that, in a society where compassion flows less generously, self-reliance is everything and thus without one's material possessions one is effectively a 'nobody'.

Make no mistake, you could also die protecting your car in the US. It just shows you that Russia is rejoining the western world in its values.

well they didnt show pictures of her nacked body after the accident.
I guess they just want to show the world what a beauty they have lost. This is Moscow style, I think she wouldnt care to much either, since the pictures doesnt seem to be shooten through a small keyhole from her bedrooms door.
