My CT's suspension and brake issue - Please help!
My CT ( 2005, Sportdesign ) had a pretty hefty accident where the front ( including front struts ) got damaged pretty bad. ( 30 TUSD damage ) After 5 month the car got finally repaired and ready to be picked up. But guess what hapenned?
My car drives like a lemon. Brake pedal feel is soft and the brake doesn't bite at all. Even worse, the suspension is very wobbly when braking the front of car dives so much that you you fear falling through the wind screen.
My dealer ( Clair Boston ) - even so I like them for the friendly service - tells me that the diagnosis program does not show any irregularities.
But this is our second CT and I know how my car drove before. This is not the car I had before.
So what can be the reason for it. The car's drive train including brake and suspension was dissassembled for a long time.
Any idea how to approach this? What if the dealer has no answer to it or claims this is normal. What is my legal position? Thanks in advance for your help. I am pretty sad about this whole situation.
