low coolant level
I have recently noticed water temp. on my CT hovering between 80~90 degree C. Just checked the coolant level and found out it's below min mark.
I have got a brand new bottle of original BMW anti-freeze and anti-corrosion coolant (free from nitrite).
Just wondering should I bring my car back to service for them to top it up, or I can use the bottle and top it up myself.
If it is ok to use the coolant I've got, should I mix it with distill H2O or tap water will do.
According to driver's manual, it suggested 1:1 ratio, and it matched the mixture ratio shown on the BMW bottle 1:1 -40 degree C.
