    Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita in South Africa (one of three made worldwide)

    Someone told me this car was for sale in a showroom in Cape Town. I know the sales manager at that particular showroom and asked him to email me some photos. Thought I would share it with you all,  as this is quite a rare car! It will also more than likely be the only RHD version in the world. Take note of the new paddle shift tranmission!

    Asking price is.... wait for it..... 5 million US dollars. (With our tax)

    PS. No Rossi, I am not considering putting in an offer Smiley

    Sexy. Haven't seen one of these in real life yet. I wonder if they cured that nasty lack of downforce and turn-in issue.

    Also heard this company is buying Saab. Would love to see what they do with the brand.

    Wow i love it, i think it has grown up a lot and is a serious supercar now! That being said, 5 million US OMG!!!!

    indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine..  I happen to like both :)

    I would rather spend my 5 million on a Zonda F.

    I never like Koenigsegg. I'm not a big fan of the exterior design and not too fancy about interior..

    I do love the shape of these, but I cannot get over the turned aluminium knobs as I made stuff like that in my first year in metalwork!

    Gorgeous car though.

    I like the fiber finish - looks great!

    The price is insane and not realistic at all!

    Nice, but no way in any life, I would buy this. I would prefer having a 997.2 gt3, Gallardo superleggera, f430 Scuderia, DBS, etc etc........

    I heard of one that sold for 20 million Euro in 2008. At auction recently, one reached $7.7 million and the sale was declined. Perhaps I should change my post to read "1/4 of that".Smiley
