    what ever happen those who have PCM radio problems

    guys, i did not get the conclusion on previous discussion regarding how you fix the PCM radio keep changing stations or keep changing from CD to radios

    my radio is starting to do that now

    any suggestions

    I had one of the first 2006 997Ss.

    The PCM would not eject the CD and would crash during Nav function. Did some other crazy seemingly unrelated things too which I can't recall.

    The only solution, after several attempts to do a partial component fix, was to replace the whole unit.

    I had the same thing happen to me also. It crashed, stopped playing MP3's, then subsequently got replaced.

    A software update was released later, W610 Campaign, if I recall correctly. The dealer had to run a cd update and the voila.. problems solved.
