After choose Lava on the order,i think to change to white becouse i were worried about the salmon/not salmon questions.

Well,after saw the car in real last week,i'm so happy that i were so strong to not change the colour,i think Lava is her colour,also UV i think is a great choice.With white and silver sure you can't go wrong,but i think on a car with a wing like that,well...you must choose a flashy colour too!

on the resale,i think UV is the less sold...so...

Stunning car, I've specced mine just like that exterior wise, with black rims and blacked out lights etc, but I'm still not 100% convinced on the color, I'm torn between Lava, UV, and some beautiful pics of white with black rims have been popping up....I don't have much time left before I can't change anymore, i think by end of next week I must cement my choice.... What offers best resale value? I've read on here that white does, as most people track the cars and all the decals, numbers, and other addons are best with white. However Lava is considered the launch color, and UV is probably the most rare....I'm so confused, if only they would reactive PTS, It's annoying that you pay so much for a car and you ccan't have it in the color that you are 100% sure you want!!! AARRGH....

My car started life as UV and then changed to Lava, and now I'm contemplating white..... help me pls...

Go with your heart ..... your brain will only fu... up your decision , as the RS is a car about passion, not reason .

Don't think too much about resale, take what makes your heart jump !

I have no dougt I choose the right color going with LO ...... but It took me a while to be sure and some changes back and forth .

For me it would be white, timeless safe choice.

I always thing that this type of car deserve a flashy color but for the RS I would choose silver

Silver is totally wrong for this car unless you put a decal... Same goes for white...

White tends to make car more bloated than they really are. A white SUV is horrible, and the 991 is already too fat and looks fatter in white... The round curves of Porsches makes it even worse vs Ferrari or Lambo designs. A 991 turbo in white for example with the big integrated wing in the back down't even look sporty, and the black contrast of the side openings looks inappropriate...

That break in must be torture!

My former 997 Turbo arrived at my dealer the same day I was leaving for a one week vacation to Lake Garda in Italy. My dealer sent photos, so it was easier for me but I looked at these photos each and every day until I was able to pick up the car. Real (photo) torture.

That must have been a terribly long vacation. I'm sitting with the same dilemma in my timing it seems Smiley

My leather pouch that comes with the painted key has orange stitching to match the key. Which is a good thing so I don't get the 2 Porsche keys mixed up haha.

I did mixed up my Ferrari keys before, one time at the Ferrari dealership I used my FF key to try and start my F12. Obviously it didn't work and they guys there also came in to try and they couldn't start it either not realizing it was the wrong key. They even bring up the diagnostic laptop to try and find out what happened. They were panicking until I fished my jacket pocket and found the other key. Was dropping one off and picking up the other for swapping snow tires but I hadn't drop off the keys yet. Had a good laugh about the 1st world problem.
