    997 X51

    will X51 powerkit be offered for cars with tiptronic?
    i know the X51 was only offered for 6speed manual 996's and not the tips....and was the X50 996 turbo offered for tips?

    I suppose that X51 will not offered for tiptronic version of 997S...but,could be possible too....

    I'm not sure but I think I read somewhere that a Tip version may be possible. I'll get back to you as soon as I have more on that.

    I believe the 'factory-only' retrofitted X51 kit for the 997 is applicable for the tip version ....according to my dealer.

    Yes of course it will be available.

    Here are the performance values:

    997 C2S: 296 km/h, 0-100 5,1 , 0-200 17,0
    997 C4S: 290 km/h, 0-100 5,1 , 0-200 17,8

    Did someone ever drive a 997s manual and auto and felt the difference ? because if someone did pls post dem here cuz im havin a hard time because i didnt get a manual.. i raced an M3 yesterday SMG...2nd gear i smoked him..1st gear without his "launch option" smoked him...but when he had his launch option on i lost...is there anyway i could beat him with a tip again ? Sometimes i feel my car is at its best and sometimes i feel something is not right!
