"The Cherry Bomb"-My Audi RS4 with MTM Supercharger

With many kudos to MTM-Canada/Horchaus and the service department of Audi Lauzon, the Audi shop in Montreal, Quebec, I drove my RS4 back home yesterday following the installation of MTM's supercharger kit. This is the full-blown package with a Lysholm/Opcon twin-screw supercharger and a Laminova cylindrical air-water IC, plus MTM's bivalved exhaust which maintains the Sport mode option opening an exhaust flap for better throttle response, MTM's downpipes, and their sport clutch with Sachs uprated PP and LWFW. In summer I'll use the 19" MTM rims as pictured. And the car flies, making 530 screaming ponies. Thanks guys for all the kind comments.

Enmanuel-actually, the RS4 is still the most quiet of the stable.

GT-MTM's website advertises the kit for 38,054.00 Euro's, and the UK importer, qstuning, lists it for 22,700.00 pounds, if your friend is in the UK. It is definitely not cheap, but for me, since I garage my Porsche's and my Noble all winter and drive only the RS4, it is worth it. Here's their website: http://www.qstuning.com

Once I switch over to my winter tire package with 18" RS6 rims and Michelin Alpin PA2 tires in 255's, I'll post some more pics and better vid-this stuff we did was very impromptu. Yes, Rossi, those Weather Tech floor mats are not pieces of jewelry-very utilitarian-but they will withstand the massive salt and snow of our winters. After all, the car is my winter DD-my "winter beater."

The Cherry Bomb is now ready for winter-2004 C5 RS6 18" rims with Michelin Alpin PA2 winter tires (255/40-18) with thicker sidewall and with overall same diameter of my summer tires (Michelin PS2's in 275/30-19) enabling them to handle winter potholes without bending the rims. Smiley
