    Stereo

    So I get into my car and turn on the raio all looks fine CD player starts up - but no sound - checked all settings (dont have pcm) - any ideas? Porsche tell me its not covered under the certified warratny..... It goes in on Thursday for a check so any ideas before then that will save me $'s would be appreciated

    Its a '03 C4S with the upgraded Bose system - porsche tell me that the amplifier has gone so a new one required at a coll $930

    That is a know problem that they should have fixed under warranty. You might try another dealer. Or ask them to get PCNA involved.

    You reckon - even though the car is outside its manufacurers warranty and its not covered under the pre-owned. Or do you mean by the dealer itself given I only bought it 4 months ago....?
