Totally nicer than the E-Class 4 door.

The car is looking, compared to the other CLKs before which I never liked those days, quite good.
I only dont like the "rear hips design", which looks ok on the coupe, but as can be seen on an Autobild picture, this hips will do no good to the convertible.
and here we are again, CLK convertible will be ugly as always before. 
I really hope, they will not mass up the new CLS design with those half strong looking hips.

Does anyone like this new Mercedes coupe?
IMO it is an odd assortment of strange lines, numerous folds and creases, with the odd curve thrown in for variety.
It is so busy and incoherent, that it looks as if the designer was hallucinating at the time.
IMO it will appeal to older people (not only in terms of calendar age).
The BMW 3 coupe is the most pleasant design in this class. The Audi is a no nonsense logical design that will prove timeless but IMO it needed a bit more flair.
Anyway for me a Coupe is a waste of money. You either buy a performance four door (BMW or Audi) or you go for a true sports car.

I like it.
I admit it does look a bit boxy.
I must say that interior doesn't look luxurious.
And I really dont like old MB petrol engines that they decided to put into it... still no turbo MB? Shame on you :) (500 engine is fine though...)
All that considered... I guess I would take tiptronic S5. It just gives more of that muscle car feeling and has more embracing interior
