    picture size

    I want to post pics but they are too big, how do I reduce the numer of bytes of a picture?
    I scanned them and then convert them to jpeg.
    Sorry about that, I'm quite crap at computing.

    You need a graphics program to do that. Not very complicated but if you want to save your time, just mail me the pics. I have broadband access and don't worry about big size picture files. Send them to me whenever you want and I resize and post them for you.
