    Do you know about the colored wheel cap trick?

    Order your car with plain wheel caps and then BUY the colored ones for the same price of the CWC option; something like us$200.

    Get it? You get the plain ones as extras "free."

    Yea, but then the car isn't exactly like window sticker. You'll lose points for that

    man, all you guys are so concerned about resale value. I say to whatever the hell you want to your car. I mean hey its yours. Build it so suit your style. I mean honestly

    When you go to sell, just put the colored ones on the other side of the car.

    Resale value may be important but I wouldn't be happy with a car I didn't spec the way I like it. Of course I would think twice about ordering a yellow or pink car... but otherwise, resale value isn't much on my thought. Over here in Germany, options like powerkits or PCCB brake don't pay off regarding resale value, sad. But I still wouldn't want to order a car without them.

    Or - I had the Sport Exhaust retro-fitted for the price of the factory install so I got a free stock exhaust.

    I didn't plan it that way and wouldn't bother doing it that way if I could have it installed at the factory but it's like your "wheel cap trick".

    some1 try the engine.. retrofit the 3.8 and get the 3.6 for free

    Sport shifter ?? I order the car with "regular" shifter, will install sport shifter one of these days. Will switch back if it doesn't work out.

    You won't switch back. I've had both and I'll never go back to the stock shifter.
