    Millbrook

    Any Uk owners been on the Porsche High Speed driving course at Millbrook and how was it?
    Do all countries receive a complimentary driving course with the new 997tt?

    No, AFAIK, it's just the UK that includes the price of the Porsche Driving Experience (Precision) in the cost of buying the car. Mind you, it's not free, it's why we pay more for the car in the UK in the first place

    Haven't been to Millbrook though. If you're going, have fun!

    Thanks guys. I dont know Alex, if your views have changed but I went for Tip on the very basis that you comment on that i hit rev limiter time after time in the manual. Got annoying after a while. Very short gears. I havent booked it yet but cant wait till weather improves a bit.

    Actually, I am on the fence these days...

  • The Tip gives you the fastest car over the Manual.
  • The Manual lets you select the 'Rear axle-differential lock' option.
  • Then there's the up and coming PDK which surely should result in the fastest and smoothest of the lot!

    In general I like changing gears, blipping throttles between changes etc. But that is one quickly hit rev limiter!
