    GT3 RS - Front air intake

    Hi,

    just took delivery of my RS, though unfortunately I did not had a chance to drive it yet.

    However, I am a little concerned about the front air intakes are totally open so that any stones sucked in will directly hit the coolers. Actually, the Cup model does have a mesh grill in the front spoiler surprisingly. I would like to install the same on my RS. Any Ideas where to get it from? I contacted Porsche Motorsports already but they were not very helpful so far.

    Ask your dealer. For me, when my GT3 will arrive, it will be the Porche mechaniker that will do the work. They did it already on one GT3 and it looks great.

    I remember from your pics it was the yellow one !! , ok now I get a life

    Anyway!!, I dont like how they looked, I would leave them as they come from the factory !, just imo

    I talked to some guys at Shorelinemotoring and they could do it but they told me they would have to remove the bumper and it wouldn't protect from small stones. In addition with the air duct inlets open, I've been able to retrieve quite a few stones and even small bits of paper from the radiatior grills.
