I was told by Paint Shield earlier in the week that they had won the contract to apply the clear bra on their cars. So I don't beleive the is an official Porsche Bra, but they do use Paint Shield.

I wasn't given any informaton regarding a factory-installed clear bra. I got the 3M clear coat bra put on by the dealer. In the U.S., dealers make a ton of money on that option, but I'm glad I got it, as on the way home (about a 90 mile drive), a car kicked up a stone and it hit the part covered by the clear bra. Result: no visible damage. That one instance alone made it worth it for me. The thing will pay for itself in less than a year.

I got it installed by my Porsche Center, but it is no official Porsche product. They let an external installer do the job in their garage.
