    Cayenne short

    Accordint to Auto-Motor-Sport Porsche is thinking to make a Cayenne short version. (2006)
    I think a Cayenne Long version would be more interesting, at least for the US market.

    Can you say Isuzu Rodeo Sport (the redesigned, hard topped Amigo)? For everyone that nailed Porsche on the Cayenne to begin with, this would be the icing on the "Ugly Argument" cake.

    Despite the fact that I think this is old news from AMS (I think they published that a few months ago), the Cayenne Short info (including the Cayenne Long rumor) has been posted on Rennteam.com also a while ago.
    Seems we're always ahead of the press and other people...

    Now back to the Cayenne Short: I heard that this project has been abandoned and priority has the Cayenne Long version because the US market demands such a car. Introduction? Well, maybe with the rumored facelift 2005 (MY 2006) or with a completely new Cayenne by the year 2008.

    its the ugliest thing on earth!! why do they need the short version if they have the 996 and boxster?
