    Wheels for the Tubo - GT3/RS/GT2?

    Hi guys,

    I do like the standard Turbo wheels but I am wondering what the differences are to the GT3/RS/GT2 wheels (are these 3 all the same?), other than styling of course?

    ie. weight differences, size differences, fitting differences.

    And what impact to handling would such differences make if any?

    Partial answers - for the TT you need to use the GT3RS wheels - these have the widebody offsets for the rear. TT wheels are forged and GT wheels are cast. GT3 rear wheel is 12 inches TT is 11 - weight differential is about 5 pounds total - GT heavier than TT. I have the GT3RS wheels on my TT and have had no problems with fitment,handling, etc.

    Are the GT2 going to be same, they are the same style? If so, why would they use heavier wheels? Or are the GT2 wheels foing for be forged and might be the ones to get.

    The word I got was that the GT2 wheels are a forged version of the current rs rim. We shall see.
