Who WOULD want one? Who REALLY would be attracted to it?
My guess would be a white guy, late 20s early 30s, quiet, unmarried, a loner, works at a low-status job, lives alone or with his mother, had learning problems in school, got in trouble for arson and abusing animals as a kid.

LoL ..the design is totally out of proportion - look at the roll-over bars, they seem to be an oversized handle made for Kingkong to grab the thing and throw it away 
At least the advertisement is not exaggerating when praising the car:
