Aren't they naughty for using the same tips in the lowest 911 and also in one of the 911 "halo" models?
It looks fairly good on both... but it's another example of the thousands of ways Porsche saves money by making *ahem* many variations on the same basic car.

I use to be the butt of many jokes in my old C2S Cab with PSE in that people though having 4 exhaust was frankly ridiculous!!
I hated the look of the Turbo stock tips to start off - now they have really grown on me and I like them a lot. The shape of the exhaust matches the shape of the hole in the bumper.
Stuffing 2 aftermarket round tips in that hole is what looks strange now to me. I am glad the GT2 only has 2 tips total.

Huh..Why hasnt anyone noticed that before? Good catch MMD. Now I have to change mine. Kidding but still. I bet they're probably the same exact part too just not chromed.
I finally figured out what I'm going to do w/ my stock tips, I almost bought a set of Fabspeed then almost bought AWE's but glad I waited Tubi has quad tips w/ rolled edges testing in the market right now, they look exactly like the tips they make for the S. So once they're available thats where I'm going.

Purely cosmetic issue so there is no wrong or right. I have seen 2 cars next to each other, one with oblong tip, one with double round tips. My 2 cents (personal pref.):
A few things in life such as watch dials are meant to be round; exhaust tip to me belongs to this group. Best thing is a single round, especially here as there is only one pipe coming out and the dual tip is not "functional." But the oblong opening doesn't allow that. As seen in MMD's single tip picture, single tip looks lost in the oblong opening.
So the next best thing to me, is 2 round tips. I've seen them in real life. The lateral border of the bumper opening is curvy and looks almost made-to-order for the dual round tips. A much better fit than one would have imagined.
When I saw the 2 cars next to each other, the dual round tips look quite a bit more "muscular." To me more harmonious with the car's round lines and sporting character. As mentioned, I used to wonder why Atomic would spend $ for cosmetic dual tips, now I can't take my eyes off his car's rear end.

I feel the same, but to a lesser extent. Not excited enough about duals to get rid of the silly ovals. If someone stole my ovals and replaced them with duals I'd be happy. Maybe it's more fun to stay p*ssed at Porsche for putting the goofy ovals there in the first place.
