Bamboo is very strong. You ever been to Hong Kong and seen how they build buildings with bamboo! :)
At the right price and dynamic ability I would be interested in this car for my commuter car. Hopefully I could use it in the HOV lane!

I assume you are referring to the use of bamboo scaffolding for high rise buildings. I was so impressed that I took a photograph of one back in the days of expensive Kodak film.

I love RT. You drop one word out of context and the thread does a 180 backflip into randomness.
Bamboo scaffolding is indeed very impressive.
You want random?
Edison used bamboo filaments for his early mass-produced light bulbs. But they were quite short-lived because they also burned out.

I use sliced bamboo in my Thai curries and stir frys. It's quite a versatile plant.

Bamboo is also used in landscaping as a sound barrier. I've been to houses that are amazingly quiet right in the middle of the city by use of bamboo.

Honda should not give the front of the NSX the Civic look . That is a big mistake and was already a mistake before .
If they would give it a distinctive front, forgetting about branding , the car would do so much better ..... at least in Europe .
The 1rst NXS did not sell well in Europe but did well in the US.
997.2 C2S, PDK, -20mm
It sold well then because of the low price. Back then the yen was like almost 50% cheaper than now so Honda sell them cheap yet still makes money, by the end of production the yen has appreciated like 30%, forcing Honda to raise the price drastically and the sales figure tanks. At 5 figures it's a great Japanese car, but no one wants to pay 6 figures for a Japanese cars back then.
I wonder how much Honda is going to charge for the NSX this time around, @ around 120k-150kUS it could be a good deal, but if it goes for much more than 150k then I don't think many would pay that much for a Japanese car, no matter how great the performance.
