So, the current plan is that I will do some laps at the Ring April 15th, Picking the car up April 11th but had to be in Rome April 13th to watch my buddy race in the Jaguar I-Pace trophy.

I believe Grant will still be there and trak_car is also there with his new GT3RS.

Anyone else wanna come? indecision

To repeat - button pushing or paddle flipping is not manually shifting. Can we cal it something else? It is a lot like a Turbo on a Taycan or speakers making motor sounds inside the car.

Add me to the list who think the wingless GT2 is the best looking 911 so far. Love it. Not saying I want to top it out like that but visually it is very very nice.

We did the Nordschleife many years ago in around 9 minutes in a 740d(!) with four passengers, so I guess under 11 minutes should be possible for the 300SEL 6.3. Smiley

Honestly I completely forgot what I had ordered. Order was placed last May Smiley

I think I have painted vents, or was it painted air vent slates Smiley

Think I also ordered yellow stitching and some sort of color seat belts, forgot blue or yellow.

Might have CXX-ed an extra 20 HP though.

Surf, lead dog at the time, got it completely sideways out of a corner with his 7 year old son cackling with glee.... Thank God he pressed instead of lifting.......

And Surf will be shocked if the new one hunts and tramlines the way the 2002 did.

Actually, it was the 996 GT2... Smiley I remember how many 996 Turbo owners switched to the GT2 and crashed it pretty much instantly because they were used to the pretty neutral (for them = boring Smiley ) setup.
