    Both cars have automatic gearboxes - it's just that the Porsche's very expensive optional auto gearbox isn't as good

    I disagree. You've said that the LSD was standard in the GT-R and that since it wasn't standard in the Turbo, it was a fair comparison. I will clunter you with the fact that the Tip isn't standard in the Turbo and the car should thus be a a manual.

    I disagree. You've said that the LSD was standard in the GT-R and that since it wasn't standard in the Turbo, it was a fair comparison. I will clunter you with the fact that the Tip isn't standard in the Turbo and the car should thus be a a manual.

    Sorry, the driver of the 997TT should take some driving lessons. Just look at how he drives through some of these curves: Too much drift = sub-optimal lap times

    The Best Motoring videos only have one purpose: making those drivers have fun. It's a completely useless show and some the Japs always come up on top (NSX-R) .

    Don't forget that it is a japanese video with a japanese car for subject....
    And the gtr is the ultimate skyline and for a fair comparison, they should take the ultimate 997 which is......the GT2 .

    Gotta disagree there. The GT-R is a direct competitor to the Turbo. However, many journalists, while singing praise to its controlability actually thought the 997TT was faster.
