    Direct Porsche communication channel

    i hate to post this thread,but if someone is disatisfied with his dealer, is there a direct e-mail channel with Porsche?
    To mention his problem?

    No, not possible, at least not Porche AG.
    You can contact your local Porsche distributor, in your case Porsche Greece.
    I did that with my Sport exhaust on my 996.
    The car came without it.
    And the dealer said, it'll be here in two weeks.
    After two months of promises, I called directly Porsche France, made a bit of a fuss and received the exhaust in three days!
    My dealer, actually a nice guy, told me he got a lot of reprimand from Porsche France and I felt bad for him but if you want something really bad, DIY!

    the problem here Fanch is that the only dealer is Porsche Greece! and is sucks

    Send a letter to the chairman of Porsche. That always works for me. They will pass it on to someone that can take care of the problem. Somebody else mentioned they had a problem with their Dell computer and FedEx a letter to Michael Dell's home. His problem was corrected right away.
