    BLACK CAYMAN!!!!

    I appologize i dont acutally have a picture of a black Cayman.. but i was kinda hoping it would get some of you to start making photoshops of it as i cant wait to see the Cayman ineg. black...

    thanks for those pics, but i actually intended some of you guys to do some simple photoshop things.. like making a red or yellow Cayman.. i just picked black to indicate a different coloured car.. (didnt realize all spy pics were in black.. oops) ah well..
    So here i go again.. could anyone with the time/skills please do a simple photosohpped Cayman in a different colour? that would be sweet...

    i was studyin these pics the other day to see if they were real shots or not. they are actually really good fakes. (not just colour-wise, i mean they aren't exactly the cayman)

    at first ithought it was just an early prototype because of the different shape of the side grills but i think this is wrong.

    compare the side view - the distance of the back wheel from the rear end of the car is shorter than the real photos goin around.

    and the front of the car (in that side profile) is different (just slightly.

    bloody good job tho.
    actually, it looks better in this shot than in the real shots.

    and the photo of the black "cayman" in the shop without wheels is actually a boxster turned into a coupe (u can see the front grille has the boxster lights)

    can i also say that i like the side grills on these shots than on the real thing. looks meaner.

    and when (if) i get my cayman it will be blaaaaaaaack!
    (like the blaackness of my soooulll!!)

    or that the camo bumpers etc are different sizes. I dont think the pics are fake at all - they just arent finished Caymans.

    The second shot above is, IMO, a photshopped 996 C4S. Red calipers, and look at the tail-light lenses. They are not the new style where the red lense curls up at the end.

    Cayman looks like a 911 Minimi from some angles, and from some angles it looks like it needs a flatter roof. The side windows look much better though!

    What I want to know is.... why the heck is the fuel filler flap so LARGE?? It looks out of proportion to the rest of the car,, and why the heck did Porsche move it to the left
    with the start of the 986/996 series???

    fuel filler isnt any bigger than others. the white line arund it just creates an optical illusion
