Insurance cost 4 CGT

How much are you (CGT owners) paying for full insurance on your cars? Appreciate your feedback.

$2700/yr (for under 7500 miles with the highest limits available)

Wow Ben, That sounds really low!! I'm expecting to pay around $20k/yr for full coverage...

I pay around $2350/yr under a collector car classification with a maximum of 4,000 miles per year usage.

Ordinarily, collector cars are 25 years old or more. But, my insurance carrier has a lot of low claim-cost history with me and the underwriter bent their rules a little for the CGT at the behest of my long-time agent.

I have several other high-end cars and my home-owner's insurance covered by the same carrier.

The car is covered under a stated-value policy.

yeah, like mike i get lots of discounts: multi line, multicar, driving safety record, CA good driver, and loyalty discounts.

I am laughing my pants of. A fiend of mine in Denmark was in connection with setting up a company in need of a van and looked at a VW Touran. From the insurance the cheepest he got was around USD 3000

for a van. You guys in the US just enjoy these prices and your CGT's, I'd wish I had one.

I can't believe. Here in Croatia u will pay more for ordinary Audi A6

Mike V -- good luck with the car...hopefully the weather should break soon so you can really enjoy it...I have still been hesitant driving around with all the salt still messing up the cars...I have only seen 1 cgt so far on the road in town and it was being driven by Ray Catena, who owns a few dealerships here in jersey...car is absolutely gorgeous

I just made a calculation. Insurance for CGT in Croatia would cost you $ 24.251/yr
