Agreed It has clean lines and fortunately lack most of the edges, creases, slats and vents which the new models seem to sport in abundance.
The front in particular. Great proportions. Clean. Aggressive. The rear can look a bit "thin" in some angles, but the wing sorts it out.
Yellow is truly gorgeous. Spotted a few at the Ring. You can't go wrong with this color (along with red and white)

My yellow GT4 build completed date has slipped a week to w/c 16th Nov, but not got a factory collection date as yet. Getting quite excited because it's getting quite close now, but equally have a slight concern that the weather may cause me a headache on collection.

Maybe you are lucky. Usually, we have a very little bit of snow early November and then, the weather warms up again. Do not expect temperatures over 10-12°C during day time but you may be lucky with your factory pickup around mid/end November.

This law would actually only affect you if you cause an accident related to the non-adequate tires or if you block traffic because of the inadequate tires. Otherwise, you're fine, don't worry (law-wise).

vantagesc:What kind of hot tire pressures are people running for mildly aggressive street driving? I have the Dunlops but I'll take recommendations for SC2s as well.
I think I have 2.1 front and 2.3 rear cold (at 20C degrees). 2.3 front and 2.5 rear hot.

My wife loves to drive my 991 C4 GTS Cab but the only reason she doesn't use the car that often is simple: She is afraid she may damage a rim (she has a history... ) and our "deal" is simple: Whoever damages, pays. So she only drives the 991 when she meets with a girlfriend and the weather is sunny, otherwise she uses her Macan (not that the Macan rims are much cheaper).
Regarding the GT4 or GT3 or even GT3 RS: She says these cars look ridiculous with that huge wing and she would never drive with me in one of them. Luckily (for her), I cannot afford one right now.

For street driving I would stick with the factory pressures. I spoke to the Dunlop support guys at the 'ring a few weeks back as there is little info out there about the Sport Maxx Race - in contrast to the Cup 2s for which there is a wealth of info.
Their response was that the Dunlops need more pressure when hot than the Michelins which work well at low pressures. For my GT3 he reckoned 2.3/2.4 front and 2.5/2.6 rear HOT. I imagine for the Cayman the front would be similar and the rears a bit less.. This pretty much agreed with the only anecdotary information I could find for pressures over at Rennlist.

Hi Guys - I had a great delivery experience - had my tour, presentation,and lunch with Trakcar and his UV RS. Had never met before and was a real pleasure. I'm in Baden-Baden and having lots of fun. It was a lucky coincidence that they have a beautiful mountain with paragliding and perfect for my model glider that is reached by Funicular cable car (steeper than 50% grade).
Car is fun - not too much opportunity to drive it properly yet. I have Dunlops, so the info in this thread is much appreciated

Yes, it's been great and so many more good things planned like meeting you guys in Dijon! So far driving highlight was going through a tunnel with windows down, sport exhaust on, and full throttle at about 5k. Surprisingly loud and sporty sounding. Saw a new Carrera S with turbos and it doesn't sound like this at all. I understand what RC and others prefer about the sound of the NA motor.
