    Med, I love it!
    It seems that black is much more a popular color on the 997 than it ever was at the 996... its so cool!

    The rear wiper does not have wash but its still worth having, been useful this week in the UK

    Thanks for all your comments, just been on a long drive, what a fabulous machine.
    I'm keeping to a run-in max. of 4K revs, I hit 5K a couple of times today, I just cant help it, this car wants to fly.
    Everyone waiting for delivery is going to love this car.

    jjr1, What's your running in plan? I've read so much different stuff that I really don't know what's best, dealer reckoned take it easy under 4K for 1200- 1500 miles

    Nice motor Med. In terms of running in, I kept it under 4k for the first 1,000 miles. Who knows what is right, but I don't think you will do it any harm by occasionally going beyond 4k early on. More problems are likely to occur from regular short runs (when the engine doesn't warm up completely) and also pushing the engine when the car is not warmed up.
