Has anyone given this a try? Sounds interesting.
It doesn't look like they have printed H.P. results yet for the 997 Turbo but says 30-35 for the 996 Turbo.
I'm skeptical. But it sure sounds tempting. Exhaust 20HP & plenum another 30? So for $5k you could have same H.P as a GT2. Dun no, 30 H.P. for a plenum doesn't sound realistic.
MMD- Werks would be the airbox I'd go w/ but I think TechArt has a CF airbox that resembles the stock box. Looks like the GT2's CF box.

I went to their shop in Costa Mesa, they were installing this on several cars. I might get mine done also. I talked to Porsche and it will not void the warranty unless they can link it to the problem addressed by the owner of the car.

You will not notice any changes in the looks with the plenum, it looks as if it was there all along, the VTG box stays as is, that's why I like it

That was my 1st reaction too but the more I look into it the more it appears like there are nice gains. Maybe the best increase in hp/tq for the money. I'm going to keep digging but so far unlike the airbox I was interested in the plenum's appear to make real additional power.
Why do you have any info. to the contrary?
