    As it should be.

    They did nothing wrong. The short sellers are the one that didn't do due diligence. They lost their money fair and square.

    Their defense must have been quite expensive.  I guess that the taxpayers will get quite a bill for their governments legal fishing trip. Basically the government robbed those men of their time during the trial and should be compelled to reimburse them for time lost professionally as well as their legal costs.

    Now let us think where Porsche would have been today had WW stayed as the company CEO...

    It is a very difficult question to consider, especially as he might have had different (more commercial) views on the company direction, however, for the marketing purposes he might have been even more generous in motorsport spending.

    As far as I know, WW was not a great supporter of  motorsports.
