    Recommended Tire Pressures 997S

    Gang - I took delivery of my '06 S last evening. All I can say that after waiting six months for delivery - I'm thrilled!

    I know what the recommended tire pressures are...but, what are most of you running in your cars? I've got the lobster fork wheels, PCCB's, and Michelns.

    (I'll post pictures of the new TPMS readout in a few days)

    I stick with the ratings on the door. Everyone I know in the local P-Club does as well.

    Congrats on your new "S". This car truely is Fantastic. I have been running 34#'s up front, and 44#'s in the rear. I have noticed that when I have the car sit a few days, the pressure remains good (no air loss). But, when I drive to work with PASM normal, I can lose up to 10#'s, equally in both rear tires, and no loss in the front after two days. On the other hand, when driving in PASM Sport mode, all bets are off by the end of the day. I can have various amounts of loss, or no loss of pressure in any of the tires. I don't deem my air pressure loss a result of the car, or the tires, but from the poor condition of the New Jersey roads.
