    I need help. Could someone do me a favour PLEASE?

    Hello everybody

    My car has a little problem: PCM2 works perfectly, but in the telephone module, the SIM card tray is broken.



    I read that you can repair this issue very easy, but I need the "spare piece". I want to purchase a new SIM Card tray, to repair it, but in Spanish Becker distribuitor don't sell pieces to private persons.
    Porsche dealer wanted to change the complete PCM2 unit !!


    I read that in Great Britain Becker dealers do sell pieces

    Could someone try to purchase this piece for me please?

    Like I spoke with you earlier it incredible that they make you purchase the whole PCM here for that little spare piece

    Joaquin is a friend of mine and I personally vouch for him, if anyone can get that piece in UK we will be very much appreciat it, thanks

    I have exactly the same problem, but am in the UK. If you can tell me where to go to buy this, I can help you and get two...one for each of us! Let me know where I need to go to get them. I can't believe Porsche want to replace the entire Unit for Pounds1300!

    OK i have researched this and it's the same situation in the UK with Becker unwilling to sell to the general public. They OEM the part to Porsche and will not sell to anyone else. There is a glimmer of hope, however. I have found someone who might be able to help. I will keep you informed! Watch this space.

    OK Great news, I think! I have just ordered the part from the UK Becker Agent, cost Pounds20 + VAT believe it or not! Only one problem, they will not fit it due to their agreement with Porsche! Having said that, they say it's a very easy job, no soldering and just a few screws. Anyone have any idea who might fit this in the UK for me??? Let me know how you could like to proceed. Enjoy the holiday!
