Looks great. How did you get the little leather part in front of the shifter at the base of the console? Is it factory or aftermarket? My plastic piece drives me nuts. When you order the rear center console in leather, they should include this piecs as well, even if they raise the price to cover the costs.

That little piece is actually part of this option:
CDZ - Gear Shift Trim in Leather
It's also a Porsche exclusive item. Many folks have managed to overlook this small piece including myself. Because it's an "exclusive" item, Porsche will not allow folks to order this piece post-delivery without making you jump through a few hoops. You'd have to find someone who has ordered these items for his/her car and then get their VIN number. I managed to find someone with a car that has this piece, get his VIN number and then have my parts department order it. Took a couple of months to finally get it but I'm very happy with the end results.

What have you done to the rear bumper? The lip seems to be painted but it also looks different from the original?
Great mods. 440 Euro for one piece of plastic is really expensive. Those rear lights are not even leds. Do yu have to change the all thing or can you change the red plastic around the light? (don't know how else to explain it)

Actually it's the price for two pieces of plastic (pair of rear light covers)

I haven't seen the price yet but I'm sure they will know what to charge for it 
And it's just like Atomic80 describes it, it's a hassle to get it but well worth the trouble.
The other mod is indeed the red taillights.
It's the complete light that's changed amazon, not just a cover or something. My original lights are lying in my basement now
The rear bumper has the TechArt diffusor but I had that one installed from the start.

That's the thing, the dealership had no idea how much to charge me for that "little piece." They've charged me $149 dollars for now I'm assuming as agreed by us both. They'll let me know of the final price when Porsche comes back to them with that info.
