    Dealer Info on 997 Turbo??

    Im not sure if anyone had spoken about this yet, but I have been waiting for more information about the new 997 turbo and was wondering if anyone knew whether or not dealers had any brochures or any other information on the turbo?? Thanks.

    Like scifrog said there is all the info you want here!
    otherwise go here and you find a nice presentation -- far better that paper can do...

    I asked my dealer a couple of weeks ago while ordering my car. He gave me the impression that Porsche is generally kind of slow at getting promotional material to the dealers. He also reminded me I was ordering a car I had never seen let alone driven. Unfortunately, since the first years allocation is pretty much sold out, there's not a huge incentive for them to rush.

    I got both the 997 Turbo and GT3 brochures and price lists from the dealer last week. Can't see why US dealers won't have them.

    One reason could be that production of American-spec. cars starts later than Euro-spec cars, so distribution of brochures is prioritized?

    Yes, could be. Well there is not much new or revolutionary info in them. One thing I noticed was that the Sport Chrono Package on the GT3 adds 25Nm torque in Sport mode.
