    07 987S Will Porsche build with Carrera gauge cluster?

    I have a Sept build for a new 987S to replace my 986 00S.

    I understand that others have taken the Carrera gauge cluster and retro-fitted it into a Boxster. I track the car and the additional gauges would be valuable.

    Anyone know if Porsche or the "Exclusives" group (who claim to do anything that is technically possible) would do this on a new build? No feedback from the dealer yet.

    It was an easy swap on the 986/996 but i'd imagine its near impossible on the 987/997 since the upper half of the dashboard is different on both modesl - the chances of the gauge cluster fitting are pretty remote IMO
