    What do you think is a fair price?

    Looks like I will parting with my 2007 997TT.Not sure what to ask for the car as I don't see many being sold.List was $132,875.Has major options,sport chrono,LSD,CD changer,etc.Only has about 150 miles on it.Black/Black.
    Any ideas on a fair price for me and the buyer would be appreciated.TIA

    What the hell did you do, roll the damn thing back and forth in the driveway the entire time you had it?!

    Fair price is difficult to determine. It's like stocks and options. It really depends on how long you're willing to sit out until you get the price you want and then the region and demand. If you're in FL, depending on the city (Palm, Bocca, Ft Laud., Mia) people down there love to floss and show off their wealth. If there's a shortage of TT's, you may just be able to get what you paid for it AND possibly a small premium.

    Here in DC, where's there's no real demand for the TT, you'd probably take a 2-5% hit if you go private party. 5-10% if you go dealer.

    Personally, I'd say start at what you paid for it and see what happens. If you get bites - go up. If nothing - go down 1.5% every 2 weeks.
