    Yeah maybe i seem optimistic but Crash you are right.

    Especially the trips which takes least 1 hour makes real annoying. I turn off radio when i have trip(autobahn). If the radio sound and engine sound mixed it makes me crazy and aggressive which i hate to be

    What the 599 does to the soul, I can approximate from the CL63/DB9/Vanquish (albeit the performance is astronomically better).

    What the LP does to the soul, you can't get from competition, save the likes of a Zonda

    About the depreciation subject, that is a very good point, the 640 will probably depreciate dramatically, and 599 will even stay in its base price in some months time..

    Its a very hard choice, but I would still go for the lp640....YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE !!!!, so what the hell, If I had the chance, I would do it...no matter if you loose 50k-100keuros in some ownership time......just dont get the amv8 roadster to stabilise the situation

    What ever you have to do to open the garage door and see an LP640 sleeping there!!!!!

    Mike, seriously!!!! is there any existant word in the dictionary to describe what feelings you have everytime you open the garage and see her !!????!!!???



    Hi Lorenzo,

    I'm not planning on selling the LP640 anytime soon - so resale I'm not even thinking about. Just going to enjoy the car

    LP640 all the way. Driving an LP640 would be an Ernest Hemingway experience - i.e. truly living life with passion (and not a Starbucks in sight)

    when I say that the 599 looks much too much as a corvette just look at this pics and you will understand why. Iso so easy to have a corvette looking like a 599.

    I've driven recently the 599. Although I hate Ferraris (no in-depth argumentation here) the 599 turned out to be the quickest feeling softener machine, at least for my own feelings. Imagine what the effect would be in case I loved the Ferraris.

    I have driven the F599, it's not the quickest feeling softener machine to me.

    Maybe I miss the turbos, the SL65 was feeling faster.

    the lp640 is simply orgasmic from all points of view.. the 599 is an amazing car , but its simply invisible next to an lp..

    redline is at 8200-8300 but the limiter normally kicks in a little after you're in the red in most cars. So probably 8500 limiter.
