    New tyres required for F430

    Hi there, i need to replace all 4 tyres on my F430 and was wondering what others have opted for. The car is currently fitted with Goodyear Eagle F1 run flats but i haven't been particularly impressed with the levels of grip offered. I'm thinking of changing to P Zero Rosso's or Michelin Ps2s which i found to be excellend on my 911. any thoughts? thanks in advance

    I believe Pirelli tires are much better.
    On the other hand (But i believe that in UK it rains all the time) you can place P zerro rosso CORSA which are semi slick tires.. I have these on my ferrari and are excelent.. Different car.
    The problem is that you have to make them come in the right temperature in order for these tires to work, which means that in start when the tires are cold you dont have good grip neither good brakes.. (abs all the time) And these tires are not so good when it rains..(but i dont take my ferrari when it rains..) (you still can drive easily except if the road has TOO MUCH water)

    In order to understand I use corsa and on my turbo which I have for everyday..
    it is your decision though.. BUt take that heavy goodyear off please..

    I have just spent 18 days in the UK and it rained only once - on Saturday 16th.

    We usually get about 17 dry days per year, looks like you were fortunate enough to be here for all of them

    IMO the Pirelli are the better choice, at least for a Ferrari.

    p zero rosso are much better IMO than michelin

    I just got the Bridgestone RE01R for my other car. These are the best tyres that I have used, being equally impressive in the wet. Downside is that they may not last very long.
