The track is complete and open. Some big races coming in the spring. Turns out my race mechanic has been part of the design and build. I was at the shop yesterday asking him about it and he raves about the layout. Also it seems the secret is out. Some nearby A-10s from Whiteman AFB spotted the track and have been using the bulldozers for target runs over the hills.
So Carl was working one day when one of his customers came in and happened to ask about some Ozark racetrack. Turns out he was one of the A -10 pilots and showed my mechanic the gun camera footage. Yup, it was the bulldozers! Since the track is about ten minutes from my lake house I see these flights / mock bomb runs all the time. B2 are also always around.
Anyway, the track is amazing and I can’t wait to see some racing there. Might even be some gt3 cup racing soon.
