Yes. I got mine on eBay complete with jack, wrench, foam insert, and cover. It takes up half the trunk space, but the peace-of-mind is worth it. I needed to purchase (for $12) and tire hook from Porsche, otherwise it's very difficult to align the bolt holes on the wheel to the hub.

My 996 tire fits, tilted, with about 1/3 less air than full. Once on car, would need to use supplied compressor to air up to specified amount. Personally, had no problem aligning bolt holes on wheel to hug. Spare can roll from side-to-side in trunk, so I cram a large towel on one side to hold it in place. Good luck.
