I always loved the Dodge Challenger/Charger models with Hellcat engine (6.2 l supercharged HEMI, engine is bulletproof), the engine is a treat but these cars have serious traction issues. I get it, they are basically made for drag racing and fun on the drag strip but I still wonder why Dodge doesn't offer a serious sports car with AWD and this engine? Even 1600 kg of weight would be enough to compete with the top of the line sports cars. This could be a nice competitor for the Corvette for example.
I have no affinity for drag racing (I love watching though), so cars like the Challenger or Charger are pointless for me. Drove a Demon a few months ago, I returned the car back after only 15 minutes because it was basically undriveable (it was cold that day, around 13°C and traction was a serious issue, even at 180 to 200 kph
). Some people may enjoy this kind of driving, I don't.
