Trackday pictures
I promised you some pics from my latest trackday adventure.
Well, "adventure" may be a bit exaggerated, but it was loads of fun, partially because it turned out to be almost a Porsche familily picnic
My own personal highlight was the fact that I lapped the track as fast as a fellow driver managed in his 996 GT3. To his defense I believe he was even more of a beginner than me...and then you might ask yourself why a beginner would wanna start out by buying a GT3, and I'm afraid I don't know.
But I was still driven i circles by slick-clad Alfas, Locosts and others with either much better drivers or cars with better setup.
as you will see in the pics, there were both GT3s, GT3RSs, a couple of GT2s, older 993RS and a nice Beemer M3CLS.
Of all of those the silver GT2 was king. Man, that is one sick car!
I believe I was told it had something like 550-600 BHP and it sounded simply AMAZING!
