Also, look who is at the Nordschleife right now with the M3 CS... (not sure if they are really going to test the car since we have very cold temperatures right now, around 4-5°C on the Nordschleife and next week it is going to rain).

This person could have shown some class as to flaunt his special 3-series elsewhere, not in the parking space for disabled people.

You are not the first one who noticed. 
This is where the transport guy parked the car after he unloaded it from the truck because there was no space where to unload it. The car is not registered yet and the customer picks it up next week. 
The car was removed from the handicapped parking a few minutes after the picture and has been stored inside the dealership.

Believe it or not but I love "them", they look better on the CS anyway since the CS is using the front from the M4 CSL and not the regular M3/M4. There is a huge German license plate in-between, so... 
My daughter calls the front "Hitler moustache"

Touring CS is very unlikely due to structural issues. This is one of the reasons why the Touring has no carbon roof.
The LCI is coming (with a rumored power raise from 510 to 525 hp) and it is also possible that BMW will offer special performance parts adapted to the Touring (they already have some available).
There could be however a M4 CS...LCI version and with the same 550 hp power as the current one.
BUT: BMW is pretty eager right now to put lots of special models on the market, so I wouldn't completely exclude a M3 Touring CS. Maybe they "fix" the structural issues with the LCI?!

Why don't you call some UK dealers? Some had available pre-configured cars two weeks ago, maybe you're lucky.
I read in a US BMW forum from two UK customers who found a car at random BMW dealers, they just phoned around.

Enmanuel:Nice, I really like how low key it is in black. The corner of that carbon fiber front splitter sticks out quite a bit. That's going to be an expensive replacement.
My worries as well... 
Not really good for winter time driving since I plan to use this car as a daily driver.
I think the M3 CS would really need a lift, so sad there is no option to order one.

Not possible. CCB were only possible with golden or red calipers and golden calipers with bronze rims... 
The red calipers look pretty good with the bronze rims, you need to see it live. The bronze rims are less shiny than they look on photos.
