    Name that TT colour

    Had my Porsche Experience Day today in 2 Turbos.

    Will write up more later but in the meantime can you name the 2 colours (and yes they are different!)?

    The one farthest away from camera could be 'Dark Olive Metallic', the one nearest the camera could be 'Not So Dark Olive Metallic' ?@?

    Color corrected: looks like Atlas and Black.

    Also, I have to say that's it's not my camera making it hard to identify the colours.

    The guy on the cell phone in the 3rd pic had to actually stick his nose on the paint of the ZKE plate Turbo to acknowledge it was what we are telling him (in the bright sunshine!)

    My guess would be left: Midnight Blue, right: Dark Olive.

    one is midnight blue (the one with beige interior) and one is basalt black.

    BTW, buy a new camera. My phone makes better pics than this.

    Flitwick Manor in Bedfordshire is where you start and end the day. Large array of Porsches there. Both demo cars on the lawns and private cars in the car park!

    OK, answer: Using the first pic as reference:

    Basalt Black on the left (Tip) and Dark Olive Green on the right (Manual + PCCB)

    You just would not believe the dark olive green car isn't black when you are looking at it from anywhere other than 2 inches away!!

    BTW, "color correction" is totally arbitrary. You guys know that. Monitors have to be calibrated too.

    Interesting that, for example, no one has ever gotten a photo of a "Cocoa" interior to look as good as it does in person.

    Actually that's pretty funny. As I wrote what I wrote I WAS thinking of this exact same photo but couldn't put my finger on it. No kidding.

    It _IS_ one of the best pics of cocoa that I've seen.
