JoeRockhead:
Looks like fun. Will the GT3 get the same treatment?
I'd love to do this with the GT3, but I don't have winter tires for the GT3 which makes it illegal in this winter conditions Biut probably I'll do some nice snow drifting training in January with the Master himself - Walter

Super Darius:
who made the pics?they looks great fun!
Wifey took the pics - she also made some nice vids
@ DC: yes, very much looking forward to it
@ Gnil: as you mentioned NoS: there was a family watching while I was drifting around. The kids obviously had fun and even the woman smiled, but the husband commented "next time you better go to a race track"
Of course the parking place was empty and I didn't do anything dangerous.

Looks good fun! I love posts of well-used cars. Makes me feel better about mine, which also needs a good wash! It looks like I have white-walled tyres at the moment!
Take it easy PJ
And Happy Christmas to all whilst I'm here. (I don't post as much as I used to!)

Great stuff Achim..
Was that a public car-park you were using? What time of day did you have to go there to get the space? Can't imagine getting that sort of privacy at my local supermarket..
Best wishes for a great Yuletide..

When I did similar stuff with the Cayenne and PSM turned off, incl. wife and kids in the car, my wife yelled at me for at least five minutes, she was almost ready to give me a slap.
Well... Kids loved it though ("more, Daddy...more...").

Super Darius:
You are a great couple!![]()
Thanks for your nice words, Dario
@ Ferdie: unfortunately I had to cancel the snow drifting fun with Walter Hopefully next time...
@ John H: yes, public parking place Saturday noon - the place is only packed with cars in the summer time (people having a walk in a nearby park)
@ Easy: wifey replaced the old sticker with a new one and then realised that the new ones would disintegrate after a while (unlike the more solid old ones). Seems that the bean counters even take care for the stickers these days

Hahaha, the problem is: the wife thinks too much, the kids just enjoy the fun
My wife normally is a brave girl (she does her own drift trainings once ot twice a year, she doesn't yell at me as a passenger on the Nordschleife) but she can't stand to be a passenger when I'm drifting around.
First I only found an empty parking place with some obstacles (trees ) and she joint me as a passenger only for a very short time and then begged to get out of the car. I guess the problem is that the passenger has no idea where the car is going in the next second and that may be a strange feeling when you see the tree coming....
Guess I should buy a 300 Euro wreck next time to enjoy the full fun joining these guys

^ those are some beautiful e30s which are used in an inappropriate and wreckless manner. Sad to see this level of wrecklessness from "wealthier" people. Looks like tons of fun though.
indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine.. I happen to like both :)
