I'm very happy in my common Porsche that you see on every corner here in Zürich (and that's a fact). In some parts of this world (not the US) you don't want to show off too much how much money you are making.
Personally I would not feel comfortable in a red Ferrari. It just screams "look at me I have money!!" Porsche in that way is a bit understatement, I'm more comfortable with that
The ultimate understatement is an SL65 (without badges) or an RS6 without badges... I like that. Only the enthusiast will regognize what I'm driving
