Exactly, Ford has done so plenty of times in recent years. Nonetheless it's a nice thing, how many employees does Porsche employ in Germany? Would be interesting to see how much the bonus was versus the profits...

It happened almost every year for the past couple of years...a bit lower but still...
It helps to keep loyalty at a high level. Unfortunately, it is taxable, so in the end, only a part of it remains the pockets I'm afraid.
Mercedes seems to pay 5400 EUR bonus, other manufacturers less.
